The Directorate of Recruitment was established in 1980. We tackle the sacred task of inducting talented, energetic and ethically sound human resources into the service while ensuring transparency and merit in the selection/recruitment of officers, sailors and civilians. To induct the best available human resources for the Pakistan Navy who are aware of the underprivileged and disadvantaged sections of the society. We are running 13 Pakistan Navy Recruitment and Selection Centers and 01 Advance Recruitment Center across the country.

Nationality: Pakistan
Qualification: Matric with minimum 60% marks in Science
Marital Status: Single
Age Limit: 17 to 21 years

Pakistan Navy Recruitment and Selection Centers Abbottabad, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Khuzdar, Dera Ismail Khan, Rawalpindi, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur, Swat, Sialkot, Shaheed Benazirabad, Faisalabad, Karachi, Kharian, Quetta, Gwadar, Lahore, Multan, are located in and Muzaffarabad.
